Managing Transfer Requests

Welcome to the guide on how to manage transfer requests on our platform. When someone requests a machine transfer, the current owner or dealer receives a request for approval. This guide will explain how to view the contact details of both the current and potential new owner, and how to accept, reject, or cancel the request. 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Accessing the Feature:

1. Go to the ‘Transfer Requests’ menu.
2. Select the transfer request you want to manage.

Using the Feature:

   • Click on a transfer request to view it's details.

3. Decide on the Request:

   • Accepting the Request: Click the ‘Accept’ button to approve the transfer.
   • Declining the Request: Click the ‘Reject’ button to decline the transfer.
   • Canceling the Request: Click the ‘Cancel’ button if you wish to cancel the request.
