Guide for Assigning Service Points

This guide is for crane owners who want to link a service point to their machine. You can assign a service point for maintenance, inspections, and service communication.

1. Assigning a Service Point to Your Crane

As a customer, you can select a service point from the available list. This service point will then have access to your crane’s data and can assist with support and maintenance.

Steps to Assign a Service Point

1. Log in to Hoeflink:

   • Go to support.hoeflon.com and sign in.

2. Open Your Crane:

   • Click on Devices in the left menu.
   • Search by name or serial number and open the crane profile.

   

3. Link a Service Point:

   • Scroll to the Relation section.
   • Click Attach relation.
   • In the popup, choose Type = Service Point.
   • Select the desired service point from the list.
   • Set a start date if needed and click Send.

   

2. Notes

• If you’re not sure which service point to choose, ask your dealer or Hoeflon Support for advice.
• You can always update the service point later if needed.
