2. Click on ‘Failures’ to access error diagnosis documentation.
3. Choose the category that matches your crane.
   • Pay close attention to the C30's generation and software version (check the Controller SW version in the machine overview on Hoeflink).
4. Search for your specific error code in the list provided within the category.
