Introduction:

Welcome to the guide on managing and reading crane data on our platform. This guide will explain how to view and manage crane status, modifications, location, ownership details, and activity feed.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Accessing the Crane Overview:

1. Go to the ‘Devices’ menu.
2. Select the specific crane you want to manage from the list.

Understanding the Crane Overview:

1. Modification Alerts:

   • At the top of the page, you may see an alert bar indicating that there are pending modifications for the crane.

2. Error Alerts:

   • At the top of the page, you may see an alert bar indicating that there are errors in the crane.

3. Crane Status:

   • The overview displays the six key statuses of the crane, including contact state, system voltage, charger connection status, and more.
   • Below the status section, click on the “View data details” button to access comprehensive crane data. This detailed data is covered in another article.

4. Map and Location:

   • Below the status section, there is a map showing the current location of the crane.
   • Under the map, click the “View location history” button to see the crane's location and hour history, if enabled. As seen in screenshot 4.

5. Managing the Crane:

   • On the right side, there is a box with crane details, including the owner, dealer, and manufacturer information. Click on the "" in the upper right corner of the crane information box to manage the crane.
     • Rename: Change the name of the machine.
     • Subscription: View the crane subscription.
     • Modifications (dealer & servicepoint): View the list of open and closed modifications for this crane.
     • Start test (dealer & servicepoint): Start an inspection for this machine.
     • Start maintenance (dealer & servicepoint): Start a maintenance test for this machine.
     • Transfer ownership: Transfer the machine to a different owner. Use the email adres the receiver used when registering on Hoeflink. This can be viewed by clicking on your name in the top right corner -> Relation profile.

6. Activity Feed:

   • Below the crane information box, there is an activity feed listing all significant events and inspection reports.
